How do I contact an artist directly?
Each product page has a “Message Vendor” or “Contact Seller” button. Feel free to reach out with questions about customizations, shipping timelines, or anything else!
How long will it take to get my order?
Shipping times vary depending on the artist and the item. Some pieces are ready to ship, while others are made to order. Check the product page for processing times, and feel free to message the artist directly if you’re working with a specific deadline.
Can I return an item if it doesn’t work out?
Return policies are set by each artist. Most if not all handmade or custom pieces are final sale. Check the artist shop’s specific return info. Want more information – contact the artist directly or check out our Policies page (please link this) for general information.
Something I loved sold! Will it be restocked?
Many of our items are one-of-a-kind or limited-run. If something sells out, it may not return. You can message the artist to see if they can make another version, or follow their shop to stay in the loop.
What if my item arrives damaged or doesn't show up?
Start by contacting the artist through the order page OR on the form found on the artist’s shop. Each shop has their own policies and support.
I have a promo code—where do I enter it?
You can enter your discount or promo code at checkout. If you run into any issues, give us a shout!
