We’re so excited you’re here! At OHM Yeah!, we celebrate the beauty of handcrafted goods and the talented makers who bring them to life. Every item you see is created with care, passion, and intention—many are one-of-a-kind or made in small batches.
Because we’re a multi artist marketplace, each artist manages their own shop—meaning they’ll set their own policies for shipping, returns, and production times. Think of us as a collective of small, creative businesses under one roof!
Shipping
Handcrafted Takes Time (and Love)
Each vendor ships their work on their own schedule and using their preferred carriers. Since many items are made to order or one-of-a-kind, shipping times can vary.
Here’s how it works:
Processing time: This is the time the artist needs to craft, package, and prepare your item. It’s listed on each product page.
Shipping time: Once it’s out the door, delivery depends on the method chosen by the vendor and your location.
Multiple items from different vendors? They’ll arrive separately, as each artist ships from their own studio or workspace.
Helpful tip
If you’re in a rush or need a gift by a certain date, message the vendor first to see if they can accommodate!
Returns & Refunds
Because Handmade Is Special
Every vendor creates and sells their own work, so return policies are set individually and can differ from shop to shop.
In general:
- Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return, due to their unique nature.
- Some artists may offer returns or exchanges on ready-made items—check the vendor’s product or shop page for specific details.

- Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party gateways. We never store your credit card info.
- Your info is shared only with the vendors you buy from—so they can fulfill your order. They can’t use your data for marketing or anything unrelated to your order.
- We do not sell or rent your personal information, ever.
