Through the years, I collected many different things and chairs were one of them. This retro orange chair was always created a bold image when the late afternoon sun would spotlight it. This was just one of those days when the color and shadows all lined up.

TECHNICAL

This image was originally photographed using large format, 4×5” polaroid film which was transferred to watercolor paper. The polaroid print was digitally scanned to make a high resolution image file which was further cleaned of imperfections. The final art becomes a blend of traditional photography and digital airbrushing techniques. Prints available on bare metal and white coated metal. Order a sample proof
