SUBJECT

One of my favorite things to do as a young photographer was roam auto salvage yards. I had a favorite yard in New Hampshire which had several older cars from the 1950s-1970s. I loved all the chrome, form, interior design and typography. This image is a rare interior shot that I shot with my old Crown Graphic 4×5.

TECHNICAL

This image was originally photographed using large format, 4×5” chrome film. The chrome positive was digitally scanned to make a high resolution image file which is further cleaned of imperfections. The final art becomes a blend of traditional photography and digital airbrushing techniques. Prints available on bare metal and white coated metal. Order a sample proof
