SUBJECT

This yellow typewriter is part of my pop-art image series. Though, the word “pop” does not refer to “trend culture”, rather the characteristic of the image popping off the wall. I love the industrial design of this typewriter. This is a great wall piece for a writer or publisher. This image prints best on white coated metal.

TECHNICAL

This image was originally photographed using large format, 4×5” negative film. The image was originally dark room printed and then scanned to make a high resolution image file which is further cleaned of imperfections and coloring added. The final art becomes a blend of traditional photography and digital airbrushing techniques. Prints available on bare metal and white coated metal. Order a sample proof.
